Serving the Wood Forest community in Rock Hill, the existing 40,000 GPD wastewater treatment facility was being abandoned and removed. The gravity sewer was diverted to a new pump station located along a tributary of Big Dutchman Creek.

For this project, Armstrong Glen, P.C. provided design services for the new 8” and 10” gravity sewer diversion lines and for the new 6” force main. The new force main discharges into an existing gravity sewer system located along Pennington Road.

This project included: a 19-hp, high-head, low-flow duplex pump station with valve vault, 1800 linear feet of 8” and 10” gravity sewer, and 4040 linear feet of 6” force main. Construction Cost was $421,000.
