Located in the “Pleasant Hill” area of southwest Charlotte, the Enclave Pond rehabilitation project was implemented to repair a dam that had been breached.
For this project, Armstrong Glen, P.C. provided analysis, design, and permitting assistance for improvements to the 1.25-acre pond. This project included construction of an outlet structure, and stabilization of the receiving channel for the low-hazard dam. The project also involved coordination with local residents.
The Estimated Construction Cost was $400,000.
